The Muscular Myotherapy Clinic, is a Multi Award Winning & integrated health clinic.
It was founded on a vision, to help achieve and then maintain practical pain free, various ranged movements, needed by many of our client’s particular lifestyles, day to day, from many walks of life.
This has been managed and achieved via our specialized intra-muscular and neuro-muscular approach, combined with the experience of a highly diverse range of successful cases, naturally, without the use of machines, pills and surgeries.
Our specialty lies in, helping release muscular-caused pains of the Back, Neck and Joints, that are associated with injury or repetitive over-use, while increasing Spinal mobility and health.
We have done this, by reducing over-used muscular tension, joint stiffness and hyper-contracted trigger point “knots” deep in the muscles, that can often refer myofascial caused pain to the Joints of the Back, Neck & Spine – which your Muscles physically attach to.
With less pain and stiffness, movement itself becomes easier, exercise feels safer, playing sport more enjoyable, working becomes more focused with less distractions and basic functions such as walking, sitting and lying down can feel more pleasant.

Ilya is extremely talented and he has rehabilitated my back issues to a point I don’t need ongoing treatment, which is no mean feat, after living with back pain for 7 years. He’s so friendly and it is so clear how passionate he is about his vocation, and how invested he is in his clients and their health and well-being.When I first made an appointment with Ilya I had all but given up on my back. I thought it would never be manageable, and had accepted that the pain would be recurrent through the rest of my life (and at 31 yrs old that’s quite disconcerting). I came to him when it was chronic, basically paralysing pain after not being to a physio for a year and aggravating it by moving house. I felt immediate relief, and continued to see him approximately monthly for around 6 months, but that is nothing in the grand scheme of my back treatment which was up to twice weekly with a physio for years on end. Thanks Ilya, it’s amazing waking up without pain most days, and being able to have a normal life.
